“Charmed” alum Holly Marie Combs is holding President Donald Trump accountable for the death of her grandfather, a Trump supporter who died from the coronavirus.

On Monday, Combs announced on Twitter that her grandfather contracted COVID-19 and died after Trump downplayed the risk of the virus in its early weeks in the United States.

“He voted for you. He believed you when you said this virus was no worse than the flu,” Combs tweeted. “He believed every lie you muttered and sputtered. He died today from Covid-19 one day after his 66th wedding anniversary. You’re a disgrace to the human race.”

Review: ‘Charmed’ remake is nothing like the original, but has charms of its own

My grandfather died today. He voted for you. He believed you when you said this virus was no worse than the flu. He believed every lie you muttered and sputtered. He died today from Covid-19 one day after his 66th wedding anniversary. You’re a disgrace to the human race.

Combs’ issued her tweet in response to a tweet from Trump, where he denied calling the coronavirus a “hoax.”

“I never said the pandemic was a Hoax!” Trump wrote on April 25. “Who would say such a thing? I said that the Do Nothing Democrats, together with their Mainstream Media partners, are the Hoax. They have been called out & embarrassed on this, even admitting they were wrong, but continue to spread the lie!”

Many fans sent their condolences to the Combs family, while Trump supporters defended the president.

“Sorry for your loss but how dare you blame Trump!” tweeted @cindyinpgi. “Absolutely disgraceful and your wonderful grandfather would probably feel the same way about your despicable behavior!”

@Geoffreydun88 added: “It’s not right to blame President Trump…I don’t know what it is about my favorite actors/actresses lately. It’s sad there’s such hate for our president. Your grandfather wouldn’t have blamed him. Sad.”

In response, Combs tweeted, “Zero tolerance for Trumpers. Zero. Take it to someone else’s timeline. Not today Satan.”
